Terms and Conditions
1. Raffle Period
- The raffle begins 9am Monday, 05 May 2025 and ends at 7pm on Friday, 27 June 2025.
- All entries must be received by 7pm on 27 June 2025.
-Limited to 300 Tickets
2. How to Enter
- Tickets are priced at $20 each.
- Tickets can be purchased online from Matamata Brass
(https://www.matamatabrass.co.nz/product) or from Matamata Brass members.
- Each ticket purchased will be considered one entry into the raffle.
3. Prize
- The prize includes:
- 2x Twilight Glowworm Kayak Tour with Riverside Adventures Waikato
- 2x ½ day e-bike hire with Riverside Adventures Waikato
- One night's accommodation at Broadway Motel, Matamata
- $150 restaurant voucher in Matamata
- The total prize value is over $800.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on Friday 27 June 2025
- The winner will be notified via Phone and Email on that date
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within five days of
notification, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Prize Conditions
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2026.
- Any additional costs not included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner such as
transport to and from Matamata and transport to and from activities.
- Activity waivers must be completed before participating in the Twilight Glowworm
Kayak Tour and e-bike hire.
- The prize winner must contact Matamata Brass directly to book the prize activities. A
representative of Matamata Brass will liaise with the prize winner and the providers to
confirm the bookings.
- A credit card may be required to be presented at check-in to the Broadway Motel for
security purposes.

6. General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Matamata Brass reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle.
7. Privacy
- Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the
raffle and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
